Dave works at a yoga studio. Part time work with some free perks like free yoga classes. He just helps out in checking in people at the studio. Dave was given an eviction notice by his landlord due to some housing issues that the landlord cannot comply with.
Arielle is in the middle of cooking and she can hear foot steps down the hall. She turns off her veggie curry simmering in the gas range. She opens the door and sees Dave moving in next to her place. She extends a helping hand introduces herself to Dave.
Arielle realizes something about Dave that she can't point her finger.

Dave felt something strange in his body and was about to pass out. Arielle try to keep Dave from collapsing on the floor. Arielle invites Dave into her place for a drink of water and offers Dave veggie curry and basmati rice.
Dave is grateful for her hospitality and that same night, he was getting unsettling dreams.
