Handstand

A few mins ago, I went and worked on my handstand practice against the door. So far so good. Learning to balance my body to find my center of gravity. I was able to hold it longer than I usually do. I will wait a week to attempt it again and hold it for 1 min.

It's not how fast I get this move done or how far. I am building strength and balance in my body. Once I feel comfortable with a handstand, I will work on 1 hand stand. These poses take time. It is not something that is done overnight.
