HK Style Cafes-Los Angeles Area

Many years ago, I was introduced to a different kind of Chinese restaurant. I was fortunate enough to go beyond regular Chinese fast food and Dim Sum. HK style cafe was the way to go.

Portions are big. Service is very fast. Noisy environment at times during the weekends and lunch time. One of my favorite drinks are HK style milk tea. English Breakfast Tea w/ evaporated milk(cold) or condensed milk(hot).

I love eating German Pork Knuckle that includes veggies, sauerkraut, mashed potatoes and brown sauce. I don't always order it but when I do on special occasions.

One of the places I love to go is called "R.H. Garden Cafe" in Rowland Heights, CA. Monterey Park, Alhambra and San Gabriel Valley areas are the best places to go to find other cafes.

Pork chops, HK style noodles, tea time specials from 3pm-6pm, breakfast specials from 7am-11am and more.
