Foundation For The Future

It took alot of crying, hurt and disappointment for me to really take a good look at my options. It's not easy when you get out of HS, work for someone for 11+yrs only to make hourly wage, with no respect, can't get your vacation when you want it, piling more responsibility and following the rules of your bosses.

I walked out on one of my jobs. It was the best decision I ever made. I never look back. I quit on alot of jobs because I knew I was meant to be more than what my bosses or my coworkers thought of me.

Yeah they call me the nice guy and the happy one. Doing more to draw customers to come to the place of business. I am grateful that I got to meet people and do the things I needed to do. I learned the hard way about office politics.

I did go to a community college after HS and then went for my degree at a post secondary school. The good thing is I have been pushing my screenplays, my other ideas and my coffee.

I am building something for the future. I got things working for me. That is time. All of the things I set in motion from the last three years has brought many blessings to offset my crying. Yes I do cry. I always for progress on what I do and my reward is my persistence and knowing I have a goal to be in another place other than CA.

OK Travel Journal

I did not know what to expect when I flew to Oklahoma City,OK. 5 days in a place I never been to. I am so glad regardless of some normal airport procedures in OKC,Denver and Los Angeles, I was able to have to good time. Of course my dreadlocks got the attention of many people at Denver and OKC. It's not normal to see an Asian guy with dreadlocks. It's unheard of. The good part is I am being myself and regardless of the weird and angry looks, I did just fine.

I totally fell in love with OKC. People are down to earth. Driving is easy. Life is normal. Not very hectic. Lots of progress for expansion. I took notes of people and places. I know when I get a place there, I know where to live on a seasonal basis.

I think I mentioned that women there are aggressive towards me. They will just strike a conversation or accidentally bump into you just to get you to do some small talk. I like women like that. Not like some of the women here in CA. They don't really want to get to know you. It's out of convenience for them. If you don't have money, status and looks, they will ignore you. I would rather go to a place where women will come up and start a conversation with you and follow through.

Pizza Studio

I went with sis to Pizza Studio. I had my first Margherita pizza from them. I always had other pizzas from them. Very simple and so good. Since it was Cinco De Mayo they had $5 unlimited toppings. Worth it!

Long line but worth it! We got done by 4 something. Always good time for pizza!

Slow and Stubborn

There are people in the world that sometimes just don't get it. They want to go with their own schedule even when they know that certain places have limited parking during peak hours. They don't like to be rushed.

The problem with people like this is this..they don't drive to do their own thing. They are needy and can't do it themselves. They are ignorant to learn what's really going on.

If you are supposed to meet people at 10am, you have to do whatever it takes to get there early. Even if you have to wake up way early. I am so glad that other countries feel the need to be punctual in their commitments.

The Alchemist PT 3

Dave went into a dream state that same night after his initial meeting with Arielle. Shadowy figures are being shown to him and it doesn't look good and his dream ends.

The next morning Arielle is doing her morning jog around the block. She sees a couple of men bully a stranger. They take notice of her and they start to run towards her. Luckily Dave was nearby when these men are chasing Arielle.

These men surround Arielle in some odd stare with eyes that are eerie and a slight glow. The men mumble to themselves repeating "she is the one we seek.".

Dave arrives to the scene and talks to the men in front of Arielle.

Dave: Leave her be. You have no business being here.

*Dave shows his palms to the men and they walk away*

Arielle is in shock at what just happened right before her eyes. Her neighbor just got rid of strange men with only the palm of his hands.
