You deserve to be happy and not having to complain about work when you get home. Here's another suggestion. When you leave that department, go to 85 degrees bakery to celebrate and get a slice of cake. It's less than $5.

Time to gather your stuff and get ready to transfer or leave the department. Have a big smile on your face and let the monkey close her doors to do her business.

Commitment Factor

The more I practice yoga doing handstands and headstands, the more I am ready to take up business challenges coming my way. With two Kickstarter projects and Etsy, I am pushing forward. I also have my screenplays, films and more to work on.

I am taking it in stride and ready to present my other projects to other people. The people who can make things happen! With Mercury Retrograde almost over, there is so many meetings to attend and to get things happening.

Learning to do EDM mixing as well on Party Cloud. I also have my goal of getting my own DJ Controller like Numark or Pioneer. I also have True North waiting for me. I will find my true north as well :)

Why did it take so long for all of this? I cannot point a finger to it. Going to the Buddhist Temple with sis has given me a sense of peace. I am not asking people to convert to it.

Everyone has their reasons and choices on defining who they are and what they do. I made this choice to keep doing and striving to reach my goals. 

Part 2 How to quit or transfer when a 4'10" Asian Operations Manager Barking Orders

GEOCACHING: Time to play the game! It's easy to find something on a hill where a tree stands by itself where a special code is given to employees to quit or transfer right away. You are all given a choice. You are lucky to be given something special. You will be rewarded with your efforts. Your Operations Manager will finally get her wish, to become the monkey she always wanted to be and to micromanage others. It's time for her to stay behind with her new employees and think about her faults. That idea of 15 babies is not a bad idea. She needs more responsibility and soon she will be kicked out and will just have to accept reality and her games. Maybe the mile high city is not so bad. You know what is legal over there so you know what I mean.

SOLUTION: Wait until Mercury Retrograde is over this month. You have a time limit to get out. You guys and gals deserve a better and healthy workplace. You know where to find me. Just look at the stars and ask for Asgard to show you the way!

10 Years Ago

Some of the best experiences I ever had was going out with someone who was part of my past life. I was fortunate to meet 2 out of the 7 I wanted to meet. As years go by, I met #3. Not sure if I met the rest of them yet.

Now with retrograde, people from the past are coming into my circle again. That's a good sign. There are some I rather not connect with. Not good when you moved on with life.

This one person I have not seen in 10 years was shown to me. She is special to me in some way. I don't know what the universe wants me to do at this point. Just grateful she is all grown up and doing what she is supposed to do in life. I knew back then she had a crush on me. I was heavy set at that time. Now with a better body and doing lots of yoga, she might not even recognize me.

Rare

Today, I saw the women I met in my past at class today. One took me off LinkedIn but decided to show up and not upset with her. The other one is making the effort to show up in class. Another one is seeking higher education. The other one who had some internal issues is trying to get my attention who had that grimace look when she couldn't even apologize for being a soul puss.

I do meet women in class and I know it is getting better. Like I mentioned in my posts, most women are asleep. They don't know how to wake up and communicate with men.

Most single women in the US are asleep. It is rare to find one that genuine and wanting to meet men. It's usually about status, vehicle and finances.

I feel like another country is calling me. A better perspective and more opportunity to meet women who are interested in meeting men.

Even with retrograde, people from the past is showing up. That is a good thing.
